I knew the library had to be the hero of this photograph. It was impossible not to feel a sense of awe as I walked in. The intricate details of the ceiling pulled my eyes upward immediately. Capturing this moment was about honoring the stories, the researchers, and the quiet thinkers who had passed through here.

In the end, I chose a composition that led the eye from the staircase up toward the golden ceiling. It’s as if the photo guides you through the room’s layers, much like stepping into the library itself.
