A recent Bigfoot sighting in Colorado has brought the notoriously elusive bipedal creature into the limelight once again and while there’s a big split between the believers and the naysayers, the history of this legendary creature’s impact on Centennial State conversation is undeniable. After all, there’s an entire attraction dedicated to Bigfoot in Bailey – The Sasquatch Outpost, there’s a sign warning drivers on the Pikes Peak Highway of a potential Bigfoot in the area, and there have been more than 100 reported sightings documented around the state in recent years.
A website that works to track these reports called The Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization has listed 130 cases in which people have reported sightings in Colorado. Here’s a look at the top 10 counties where the most sightings have occurred.
